Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actor who was born on the 31st of January 1974. She's best known for her role as Bo on the Showcase TV series Lost Girl. Silk was produced by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk were both professors. Ilkay was also a writer, director and producer. She's the director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her earliest memories of watching television and attending play rehearsals. Silk was a prominent character in numerous commercials while she was just a child. In 1997, she graduated with an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Early theater work includes two shows with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto to further her acting career in the month of November 1999. Later, she spent the next decade, she moved into Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she was introduced to him in an actor's workshop located in Los Angeles. The couple got married in December of 2009 following a civil ceremony. They renewed their vows April 10, 2011, in Fredericton, after the woman converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's birth took place in May 2013, a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk is a variety of TV roles, including Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. She was nominated for Gemini Awards in 2009 for this role. In 2009, she was cast as Bo Dennis, the lead Bo Dennis in the series Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant during final production of the season 3 finale, and revealed this to viewers on Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk announced on Twitter on June 20, 2013 that the production was set to begin on Season 4. The 4th of June, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for Season 4, which will air in the fourth season. CNN, Cable News Network and E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) as well as Lauren the actress (Zoie) one of their top TV couple. Entertainment Television. Silk's success has led to an extensive online presence using social networks.
